missingWrote a review on 28 Novclear instructionseasy check-inelectric failure
The check-in instructions were clear, especially the video guide, making it easy to figure everything out.
The door leading to the staircase caused some trouble, particularly when we needed to unlock it quietly, as we had to use the key to unlock and then replace it in the room. Another issue arose with the electrical problem that left us in the dark for an extended time. it caused a significant hassle, like almost missing our flight because the phone alarm wouldn't go off without charging. Plus, the absence of a reception desk made leaving our bags nearly impossible, needing to rely on an expensive self-storage option instead.

The explicit WhatsApp instructions for check-in were a lifesaver, and the nearby cafes made breakfast easy, despite the noise from the street and the absence of an elevator.

It was just a solid selection for a temporary stay in Lisbon with exceptional value. The staff were very responsive when I had issues with the shutters. Make sure to check the route to the airport beforehand so you can walk there easily.

The room was small but cozy, and the beds were super comfy, perfect for a good night’s sleep. Surprised at how clean the bathroom was too. Just a heads up, there’s no lift, so the stairs can be a little challenging, especially with heavy luggage. Also, I had a bit of a struggle figuring out the shower controls, but that’s probably on me. Overall, a decent stay with a homey vibe!

Recommend it for solo travelers
The location is super convenient, just steps away from a taxi stand that operates 24/7… I mean, I caught a taxi at 5:30am without a hitch! ! Plus, my room had a private bathroom, which was a sweet upgrade despite the small size.

Convenient location but service issues
We booked a night at this guesthouse because of its proximity to the airport, but it was a disappointing experience. No one was there to greet us upon arrival, and it felt very unwelcoming with the property locked up and seemingly abandoned. The room was okay but needed better maintenance. the drainage in the shower wasn't great, leading to water pooling. It's best to check in early and communicate effectively about your arrival to avoid the awkwardness we faced.
